Despite 5 halls and rush it was maintained controlled in best manner In India lots of potential for make in India and opportunity to survive in difficult economic /financial situation .You should make short cut/closest entrance for the visitors who get down at Ram Mandir Railway station to visit exhibition center. Walking a lot to enter and then cover 5 halls is tiresome, Pl make arrangement of sitting to take rest in between . Lots of visitors come from outstation, they are already tired in travelling, so sitting arrangements is must.
I personally do not like the way your organisers and security persons are talking to us. After being online registration, why we have been kept standing in long Qs for collecting exhibitor pass, which was completely blank(not even our name). What was the logic behind it to strictly make us standing in the que to collect it when there was no name of me, my company or designation. When there is no scanning of bar code to enter inside, why harassing the visitor to collect it. Your website too was not in good format. No exhibotor names along with their booth no. Ohh it was nightmare to click on every exhibitor name and check his booth and other details. You should refer some other exhibition website, before you publish yours. Please don't insist to collect passes for those who already done the online registration and has the copy. We hope some improvements in next event of yours!

The main motive should be to reduce, refuse, reuse and recycle plastic. I found most of the stalls manufacturing plastic and expanding their business. They must make plastic more out of waste instead. There were very few of them that were eco-friendly in nature. Next time in 2023 there must be a limited no. of exhibitors and lesser stalls. Too many stalls. It was an over whelming response.

Food courts were ample but not well advertised. Hall no 5 was like moving in a busy market like chandini Chowk. Post exhibition hours, it is very difficult to catch transport. It took me to get an uber, 45 minutes. Hall floors are uneven making it difficult to walk. Wash rooms were ample but good ones could not be located easily.
Need to manage traffic outside the exhibition hall. Need good number of shuttles from Goregaon Station and Metro Stations. Also proper communication with respect to shuttle service need to be communicated, so that, people should refrain from bringing their Cars.
